This means your order goes through production before shipping.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

All products are made to order.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
Processing time may vary during:
- high order volume periods
- sales/promotional events
- public holidays
- operational disruptions
- fulfillment delays beyond our control
Orders are not shipped instantly like traditional ready-stock retail.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days across India.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to:
- remote delivery locations
- courier delays
- weather disruptions
- operational constraints
- public holidays
- regional service limitations
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Coverage
Currently, i make trends ships within India only.
International shipping is not available unless officially announced.
4. Shipping Charges
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
No additional shipping fee is charged at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise during promotional or operational updates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through your registered contact details.
This may include:

Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor delivery progress.

6. Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners depending on delivery location, serviceability, and operational availability.
Courier partner selection is managed based on best delivery efficiency.
7. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
Include:
- order number
- delivery concern details
- any relevant information
We will investigate the matter with the courier partner.
In verified genuine cases, replacement or resolution may be provided at our discretion.
Claims raised after 48 hours may be difficult to investigate and may not be eligible for support.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If delivery fails due to:
- incorrect shipping address
- wrong phone number
- customer unavailable
- repeated failed delivery attempts
- refusal to accept delivery
the order may be returned or marked failed.
If re-shipping is requested, additional shipping charges may apply and must be paid by the customer.
