1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Since all our products are made on demand, orders typically take:

  • Production Time: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days across India

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to remote locations, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen operational issues.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.


3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Because our products are made specially for each order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

4. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We offer one-time size exchange support.

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchange approval depends on product availability

Additional shipping charges may apply.


5. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

No worries — we’ll help.

If you receive:

  • damaged product
  • defective item
  • wrong item
  • major print issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Issue details

6. Do you accept returns?

Because i make trends operates as a print-on-demand brand, general returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Returns/refunds are only supported in eligible cases as per our Return Policy.


7. Will the product look exactly like the website image?

Our mockups are created to represent the final product as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • screen brightness/settings
  • device display variations
  • print production tolerances
  • minor alignment variations

These are normal for print-on-demand products.


8. Is online payment secure?

Yes.

We use trusted secure payment providers for safe checkout.

Supported payment methods may include:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Razorpay-secured payments
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Your payment information is processed securely.


9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.

Repeated COD refusal or misuse may result in COD access being restricted.


10. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email and/or SMS.

You can use the tracking link to monitor delivery status.


11. What if tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive my order?

If your order shows as delivered but was not received, contact us within 48 hours.

We will investigate the issue with the courier partner.

Verified genuine cases will be handled appropriately.


12. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes may only be possible before production or dispatch.

Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Contact support immediately if needed.


13. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, i make trends ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.


14. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes.

Customers are required to create an account before placing an order.

This helps manage order tracking, support, and purchase history.
