Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At i make trends, every product is made specially for you through our print-on-demand production process. Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from traditional retail stores.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Print-on-Demand Policy
All products sold by i make trends are made to order.
This means your item is produced specifically after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept general returns for change of mind like traditional retail stores.
2. Eligible Replacement / Return Cases
We offer support if you receive:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Major printing issue
- Incorrect size sent by us

3. Proof Required
To process any damaged/incorrect item claim, customers must provide clear proof, including:
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Order details
- Short unboxing video (if requested)
Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.
4. One-Time Size Exchange
We offer one-time size exchange support if the customer ordered the wrong size.
Conditions:
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Size exchange is allowed only once per order item
- Exchange approval is subject to product availability
Shipping charges for size exchange may apply depending on the case.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Customer ordered wrong product by mistake
- Customer no longer wants the item
- Slight color variation due to screen/mobile display differences
- Minor print placement variations within normal production tolerance
- Incorrect size chosen without exchange eligibility
- Delay caused by courier/logistics providers
- Sale / discounted products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
6. Print Variation Disclaimer
As our products are printed on demand, slight differences may occur between product previews and final delivered products.
Acceptable variations may include:
- Minor print alignment differences
- Slight color tone variation
- Small production tolerances
These are normal production characteristics and are not considered defects.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only in eligible cases where replacement is not possible.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider processing times.
For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another agreed method.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because the product is custom-made.
9. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers will receive instructions by email.
Do not send products back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping responsibility will be communicated depending on the case.
10. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- incorrect address
- wrong phone number
- failed delivery attempts
- customer unavailable at delivery
Reshipping charges may apply.
11. India-Only Service
Currently, i make trends serves customers within India only.
International returns/exchanges are not supported unless officially announced.
